I cannot see anywhere on the site to contact MT so I am posting my query here in the hope that they see it. If there is a contact section somewhere it needs to be more visible and if there is not then this needs addressing as soon as possible.
The loan seems to be for 6 months but in the valuation report it says the loan is for 6 years. Is this a typo or does the borrower expect to have a regular mortgage in place by then?

Actually, the contact link is only available via the Home Page you get to via the MONEYTHING.COM logo. The homepage you get to via the HOME link once you're logged in is a list of loans and there isn't a contact link there. Shouldn't be two different concepts of HOME really MoneyThing. Perhaps a different name for the HOME link and also the addition of a CONTACT link from the pages you normally see once logged on - not many people ever click on the logo - in fact I'll bet lots of people don't realise you can.

Thank you for pointing this out. We will look into this now and see if we can improve the logic.

It's worse. If you are logged in and go to the home page to submit a message you cannot get back to the logged in parts and have to log in again.

Evening,
Thank you for your notes.
We are in the process of integrating the two parts of the system more seamlessly (the marketing site & the P2P platform). We should have this complete early next week.
Kind regards,
Ed

Although there aren't links to get you back to your account, just using the back buttons in your browser will get you back there quite easily without needing to go through the login.

Afternoon - just a copy of my post on the 'MoneyThing' thread as the same topic was raised on this thread also:
Morning,
We have made a few changes to the website to hopefully make things more intuitive with regards to navigation:
1) On the Marketing site, we have replaced 'Login' and 'Register' with 'Loans' and 'My Account'.
2) On the Platform side, we have added a 'Contact' link and we have also changed the 'Home' link so that it goes to 'Home' of the Marketing site.
3) Lastly, user will not be asked to login again when switching back from Marketing to Platform.
Kind regards,
Ed
