All the tables showing lists of loans should have column totals.

Hi SophieThing , thank you for the clarity regarding receipt of interest depending upon borrower payment (the questions raised by lenders shows it's necessity). Could we have a further clarification added to the retained interest loans as well please that in default any remaining interest will only be paid upon loan recovery. At present there maybe some confusion ie Birkenhead paying interest on account when put into recovery and Ply2 withholding it until the loan is recovered. This maybe only a timing difference but speed of access to prepaid interest may still influence investment levels or assessment of interest payment risk. Thanks.

Hi elliotn, In fact we will pay out retained interest on Ply2 when it falls due. That may not be a blanket policy as it depends on the loan terms in the borrower agreement, but having checked Ply2, we should pay it out. This is going to require a bit of tech development as currently we can't pay out on defaulted loans. It is also a little messy as the retained interest will only part settle as it was retained at standard and is accruing at default rates. So we have a bit of sorting out to do, but plan is now to pay on due date (or as close to as we can pending the tech changes). Kind regards Sophie
