I have just joined and like the site, I have a couple of suggestions for MoneyThing to look at: 1) Show loan number with titles, you already have some duplicates and lots are similar. 2) In the loans list mark the ones I have invested in somehow.

Afternoon bob2014,
Thank you for raising this topic.
1) Acknowledged. This makes sense and will look to employ some sort of unique identifier for each loan. 2) Another user raised this yesterday. We will look at how we can achieve this.
Will get back to you on this forum with a solution and an ETA for development.
Kind regards,
Ed

Loans sortable by LTV, End Date, Amount Available etc.
Also a further column with the date the loan was made available.
Thanks.

Evening,
Sortable columns also make sense as does a 'loan uploaded date' (or equivalent).
Regards,
Ed

Loans sortable by LTV, End Date, Amount Available etc. Also a further column with the date the loan was made available. Thanks. Or/and a loan # especially as many of the loans are very similar. Hopefully the platform will quickly get up to speed on the GUI side.

Afternoon,
Quick update to let you know that we have added unique codes at the end of the item/asset description.
e.g.
Two Single Storey Industrial Units (MT30)
Four 22 Carat Yellow Gold Bangles (CS28)
The number is the sequence number of the loan of when it was uploaded to the platform and MT / CS denotes who the loan originator is (e.g. MoneyThing / Cash Shop).
Other developments to follow with respect to sortable columns, loan uploaded date & indication of whether the user has an existing investment in the loan view.
Kind regards,
Ed

I like the look of the site.Very similar to Funding Secure but set at 12%.Lots on offer. The loans are funded by Capital Mortgages Direct Ltd and lenders effectively take them on.Also similar to Savings Stream with the same issues of separation.

I have just joined and like the site, I have a couple of suggestions for MoneyThing to look at: < snip>
In the loans list mark the ones I have invested in somehow.
Annoyingly, I've just managed to invest twice in the same loan, so an extra column showing your current level of investment would be most welcome.

I managed to do the same thing yesterday, having not invested vast sums I just chalked it up to experience. Really commenting here to add my vote to the 'invested? Y/N' column.
Cheers James

Morning,
Shaung and the team have been working over the weekend and have come up with a solution which will show users the loans they have already invested in. We are just in the process of reviewing the changes on our test server and will then upload this to the primary server this afternoon for your review.
Kind regards,
Ed
