I've been trying to get an account confirmed (by sending in passport and bank statements etc) for over a month now and I'm not getting any response at all from either email or phone.
I've emailed in the region of 5 times over the past month with no response and have a called several times only to be told that "all agents are busy - feel free to leave a message" (which doesn't get returned either).
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get in touch with a real person who can approve my account? It's not inspiring much confidence that Ratesetter are proving to be so elusive before I've even invested any money....

only to be told that "all agents are busy - feel free to leave a message" (which doesn't get returned either). On the couple of occassions that I have called RS, they always play this message but if you hold, the call is usually answered within a minute or two.

I'll sort it, and bang some heads together because this sounds atrocious service that is certainly not aspirational or up to our usual standards.

You thought incorrectly I didn't receive an email but it seems that someone finally chased it up and approved my account as I was able to sign in this morning. Thanks for the follow up.
