The loan to the insulation people seems to have been pulled from the website. Why? What have I missed? The only mildly controversial thing I last observed was some criticism of the broker for not having obtained some answers to obvious questions prior to listing.

Email sent by ReBS this afternoon: Dear Lender, Thank you for your support of G****l I*******n L******s. After careful consideration, the borrower has requested that we cancel their loan auction. They have explained their reasons for cancelling the loan below: “Having discussed the term loan with my Fellow Director **** *****, we both feel that this Long Term Funding Option is not best suited for our business Plan. Short Term Funding has been our Weakness ( Periods of 2/3 Months Maximum ) so we have decided to Opt for Selective Invoice Financing as this gives us the best short term Financial Controls which will compliment our business. Thank you all for your support.” All bids have been cancelled and all funds released. Please see the marketplace for new lending opportunities. Kind Regards, The rebuildingsociety Team
