Fine "tooth combs" do not exist, ...... Obviously the population of lemurs and loris is a tad low in Yorkshire ..................

There's an option to block certain users. Just click on their profile, then the settings cog on the right, block member "Hide this member's posts." Thanks for the tip. If only I could hide the complaints as well...

Yesterday 3 year 6.0% offers were matched.
It would appear that RS's attempt to manipulate market rates through CB failed only succeeding in annoying lenders who thought RS was a free market. Below, are the snapshots taken this morning, Saturday, 1st August 2015, detailing, [1] the 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 year demand, [2] 5 year supply, [3] 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 year contracts completed. The 5 year matched volume in the last 30 days is LOW (£9,676K). The 5 year approved borrower demand is still HIGH (£1,561K). 6.8% and below on the 5 year supply market is £728.8K.Attachments:

Briefly, on the actual subject of this thread, has anyone who thinks they qualified for the cashback offer actually received it yet?

Today is the 28th day from the end of the promotion in which RS said they would pay the cashback. "We will credit your account with the cashback bonus within 28 days from the end of the promotion" EDIT: Just noting the previous cashback offer which ended on 31/01/15 was paid on 26/02/15, so 26 days.

Finally the cash back affect seems to be resolving itself, Sunday morning and 6.3%+ are coming through. I guess RS will offer up a new cash back in early Sept so keep those offers high chaps...

I guess RS will offer up a new cash back in early Sept I'd be astonished if RS did run another cashback soon. As a means of attracting new investment and energising the business, RS' last one must be about the least successful ever. RS' sales and net loan book increase have declined following the cashback, not increased. As for existing investors' reactions, I need say no more....

Well given the current ridiculous low rate loan offers being banded about by the likes of Halifax they may well need to get rates down again.
Nothing learnt from 2007. Bring on the market collapse I say. let's see whose swimming with no shorts on when the tide goes out..

Personally my last matched loan was at 6.5% 29th june 2015. Average loan was about 6.7% throughout June. So no new investments from me for 6 weeks and all capital and interest paid in that time has been withdrawn too. I would come back for 6.3-6.5%

6.3% is the only serious level of offer at the moment, so I assume during the night we will hit 6.4%

I've got nothing significant back until Tuesday. I'm sure Mr 5% will pop up before then and bring a matched rate well below 6% with him.
Pay day is 25th, have a spare £500 with no designated home as yet. We shall see.
