Now 11K left... No time to deposit funds... 76% LTV True enough. I went for it anyway on the basis that the security is 16 watches. Firstly, these high end watches are easier to value than some other things (eg., property) and secondly, with 16 it's likely any over-valuation of one will be offset by an under-valuation of another. Of course, I'm still vulnerable to the market for high end watches dropping overall. As long as the dealer keeps on top of repayments, I'll be happy.

You cant really refuse many UB loans when your getting fivers of everything else..........

Business Loan (not protected) on sale. Auto Lend has executed so I guess that means there is < £73k of Auto Lend settings for unprotected loans. Edit: It was preceded by four big repayments £13k, £15k, £15k and £30k Now 11K left... No time to deposit funds... Moving slower than normal for a buy now. Maybe folk got nervous on seeing the post about losses on a watch made up by pf. Learned today that this was to rectify an internal error of process and not valuation error. I asked why not just transfer lenders over on consolidation, which this loan is, so there is no reliance on keeping an eye on platform or a high value on the settings screen. Code will be written for future consolidations.

I have tried to buy more, but I made a transfer this morning and it has not been credited yet! God I hate it when these come up and you don't have the funds there and then! Managed to grab £500 so not too bad.
Never mind, sure this will not be the last time.

I've just realised when I went to look at the repayments of the previous watch loans that there is no way to check if they were provision trust loans or not. There's also no simple way of finding a loan once it has repaid. For example 2DFDC4380 disappeared from my list after being repaid. After a bit of trial and error I was able to find it by viewing a loan and changing the loan number in the url to 1521 to bring it up. Even then there is no indication if it was a business loan or a provision trust loan.
IMO Unbolted could do with adding a column to their spreadsheet download with an indicator of which loans are protected by the gold trust or provision fund and which are unprotected. I currently have no idea how much of my invested balance is unprotected and the only way to find out would be to manually click through around 50 pages and note it from the descriptions.

TBH, I don't find UB's interface to be very investor friendly, but I am happy to forgive them as long as they keep doing the good work with the loans and repayments!

I only know this because I take a copy of the Loan Portfolio page every few weeks. I process this in excel to produce sums for the different types of loans but it is a pain because of the multi-line format per loan. If you want to find a loan that has repaid then find it on the Historical Transaction Statement page. I would like to be able to download the Loan Portfolio and Historical Transaction Statement data to csv files. The reporting of active loans, repayments of capital and interest, and defaults is probably the weakest element of Unbolted. Loan types (I have/had in my portfolio): Standard (Gold Trust) 0.65% Renewed Standard (Gold Trust) 0.65% Standard (Provision Trust) 0.85% Renewed Standard (Provision Trust) 0.85% Sale Advance (Provision Trust) 0.85% (repaid) Standard (Not Protected) 0.75%, 0.80%, 0.85%, 1.10% Business (Not Protected) 0.80%, 0.85%, 0.90% Renewed Business (Not Protected) 0.80% (repaid) Sale Advance (Not Protected) 0.80%

Now 11K left... No time to deposit funds... 76% LTV 76% real LTV as oppose to most property loans LTV that turn out to be twice as high when it comes to selling security.

I really wish they would make it easier to reconcile all of what has taken place on the account

Biggest item on my wishlist is to separate capital and interest on the transaction statement for a repayment. That would make my life so much easier.

As ubl don't usually come onto the forum can I suggest that ideas for improvements be sent by instant live chat or by e mail to the company. All the ones mentioned are important for lenders and, with more building their portfolios, can only become more so.

I cannot believe there is still some of the watch loan left this morning. With so many people complaining about how slowly they get money invested on UB, I thought this would have flown off the shelf!

I woke up this morning, made a cup of tea, took the dog out, made myself toast and then rubbed my eyes in disbelief as there was almost £2k left!!
So, I just used up the £1700 that I had just transferred in over night and bought some up.
Now, if I could just get one like that every week!

With so many people complaining about how slowly they get money invested on UB, I thought this would have flown off the shelf! Maybe people got their happy limit from their settings on reallocation. Some may have released money in time for the normal Friday rush in order to diversify.😊 please ubl!
