Just recently I've not been able to reconcile my dashboard. Summating the monthly interest amounts does not equal the total amount of interest. Additionally, the total amount on platform is out too. The amounts are small (£5.08 and £1.32) but it is irritating. Does anyone else suffer from this issue?

Yes, my Dashboard has failed to reconcile for almost 2 months now. I emailed ReBS more than a month ago and received a reply from Nick to say he had "escalated my question to the accounts team". However, despite a chasing email a couple of weeks later, I've still had no reply. I'm now gradually disinvesting from ReBS as I've grown tired of the auction timescales and repeated extensions, the dubious borrower status, the clunky website and the accounting inaccuracies.

Yeah,but apart from that..................

there's also the recent lack of anything much to actually invest in! - my recent repayments are being recycled on the Secondary market but at this rate I'll soon have reached my self-imposed maximum investment on any loans which appeal to me - and then I think that I too will be disinvesting. The weekly updates from Kylie detailing the (usually lack of) progress on chasing up defaulted loans is growing too long for my comfort...
But - as ever - which particular 'fire' should one jump out of the RBS Frying Pan into?

But - as ever - which particular 'fire' should one jump out of the RBS Frying Pan into? Have you thought about private lending? We've been a borrower on the site for about 2 years and thanks the the support from members have successfully funded 4 loans.

My dashboard appears to be incorrect also. As per usual, no response from the REBS support.
I've had enough and will be moving on as far as reinvesting in the future.

When I ran my latest month end figures my Dashboard error was about the same but had flipped from negative to positive I think ReBS must be as confused as we are as to why their numbers don't add up...
