anyone tell me where the tick box is on the MT platform that I need to renew a Managed Portfolio ? Thanks in advance Go to "Pending Loans" and click on the loan you want to renew. On the far right (you might even need to scroll across to see it) is the Opt In box. If you've already got money in that loan then you'll have the option to check it. If not, it will be empty.

Well it may have been quiet of late... HOWEVER after just reading an email from 'Ed' there could be quite a bit of chatter about to start on here to do with an 'Expression of Interest' I'm IN... If Ed will take me

Aye, but I suppose "how far in" is the real question.

I've already replied to him and pledged my support tho

I've already replied to him and pledged my support tho I did too, but also pointed out the huge importance having a well functioning SM has when talking about that size of deal (and would up my max involvement substantially). Currently it's more suited to SS or AC.

Yes, also said that interest retention and monthly payments are necessary.

I am very interested but would need to see an SM, would be happy to see initial amount invested back with interest deducted, and interest paid when loan is repayed, if that makes sense ? I also see a problem with Ed would need a lot more investors to raise those funds and that would mean the smaller stuff with be stupidly over subscribed.
