On the SM, there is a loan listed at +6% premium, yet the Price is less than the amount Available for Investment. If you go into the Investment Breakdown for the loan, the Price is correct.
15512-01 Latvia Mortgage Loan 58% 17.3% 57 (3) Current 15.4% € 284.42 € 258.95 (+6.0%)
What is going on here, please?

Rob, thank you for noting this. That's a bug on our side. On our platform the loan parts with the same premium/discount are aggregated in one Secondary Market entry. Loan parts are then sold according to the time they were put for sale on the first put for sale first sold basis. In the case you refer to there are two loan parts selling at the same 6% premium - € 244.29 and € 40.13. But in the main list on the Secondary Market only the first is showed with a correctly applied premium (€ 244.29 + 5% = € 258.95). We will fix this bug shortly. Under the Investment Breakdown and Confirm Investments, the Price is correct.

Just wanted to inform that the bug has been fixed. Thanks again Rob, for letting us know. The bug appeared with the last update that we put to improve the loading speed of the Secondary Market.
