As all future loans will be true P2P is there an urgent need for a Q&A facility on the website. Currently i can't see any way to send questions when logged in !!
Are you working on this SS?

Their email address is support@savingstream.co.uk. I find they are pretty responsive to email questions (certainly within 24 hours, usually faster).

That's all well and good, but it means a lot of duplication of effort -- multiple lenders asking the same questions and SS having to provide multiple answers, And we don't get the benefit of group DD, where someone else asks a question that we hadn't thought of. In the interest of transparency, savingstream really need to implement a Q&A section covering every loan on their website that's visible to every registered lender. And that's where we should go to find out the latest updates on existing loans. SS have been promising an updated website for yonks. I do hope we'll get it soon, and it will include new features we've requested, such as this.

A universal Q&A section would be very welcome & would offer an extra USP for SS & allows sharing of info between lenders so we can all learn & share info freely to givr us a more educated & informed opinion on how to apply our investments.

I've seen rumours that there will be a new website. Maybe Q&A will be added there. But I haven't been here for long enough to know the details or timelines.
