There was some issues with the format of our mails. I just sent one out now and would be grateful if anyone lets me know whether they found it illegible . And if so, what viewer were you using.

Opening the Email in the Outlook 2007. The Email looks fine but I am not offered the 'opportunity' to download the information in the 'Secondary Market' and 'Instant Returns' boxes half way down.
Edit, cross posting with oldgrumpy .... I note nothing under 'instant Returns' on his attachment but I'm not seeing the secondary market just the 'usual' small black box with a red cross in it.

Ah! yes. The "Read more" links don't work.

On Mail for Mac, all is clear apart from the two line footer "If you'd like to stop…" which is only readable with brightness turned to maximum. Looks like black on navy blue. "Read more" links do work for me.

Hmmm. Ok the unsubscribe brown text is to do with our outbound server (Sendgrid). Looks like a night of downloading some more email clients and testing! Thanks very much all!

Mine looks the same as paulgul's second screenshot (I'm using emClient too). Also, I've only just found mine as it was in my Spam folder.

How are you getting the images in the messages?

How are you getting the images in the messages? Badly . It was on a public site but will find a workaround for that. So : 1. I'll get the brown text sorted with Sendgrid 2. Better image hosting 3. The jumble in emclient is almost certainly due to a case of bad formatting of an html table that other viewers are letting me get away with 4. The non-functioning links is a bit of a head-scratcher but I am on the case!

Thanks Stevet. This is how the email appears in Thunderbird v38.3 The lowest text, black on blue, is difficult to read (readable when highlighted). The rest is OK.
