Thanks Stevet. This is how the email appears in Thunderbird v38.3 The lowest text, black on blue, is difficult to read (readable when highlighted). The rest is OK. Strange, that bottom bit shows up ok in Outlook 2013 Attachments:

Is it possible that it is some setting in our email clients?

I'm pretty sure that some of it may be poor table formatting (harmless emails are quite tricky) so some clients are correcting my errors and some aren't. I'm investigating.

This what I get in Outlook Express. What should appear at the bottom is obliterating the photo above ' Instant Returns help you start earning straight away', and 'Read More' below 'Start earning now on the secondary market' doesn't work. In Thunderbird all I get is 'code'

Thanks all for the feedback. I think that, with the liberal use of a lot of html code, it is now sorted. We'll find out on Friday . I've tested EM Client, Outlook, Gmail browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox), Gmail app, IoS App, Thunderbird. I never knew about EM Client before... it's actually quite good even for gmail!

ablrateandy The email you sent today regarding the increase in the 6 month looks good in EmClient and Outlook 2013

Thanks paulgul and thanks everyone for the feedback. You've converted me to EMclient from desktop gmail too! Our tests today seemed to indicate all is good (although there is bound to be one automated one that has slipped through the net).

I never knew about EM Client before... it's actually quite good even for gmail! I like it because its synchronizes contacts, tasks and calender with gmail which in turn is good for Android devices - all devices stay in sync.

We use Insightly as CRM (well, I do anyway!) so I need to see whether that synchs from EMClient as well. The downside of corporate gmail is that it uses "labels" rather than "folders" but frankly if it is important enough to save then it should be in the CRM anyway!

The downside of corporate gmail is that it uses "labels" rather than "folders" Just pretend that labels are folders and use them as such in your mail filtering rules. I have a nice tree of such "folders" set up with rules to automatically filter my email into where I want it to go.

Sorry. I said the opposite of what I meant. I love the labels as I can apply multiple tags to a mail. Going back to folders is annoying
