Hi everyone, We're very excited to let you know that the LendingCrowd iOS App is now available to download on the App Store! The app allows you to easily manage your investments on the go: load funds, place bids and buy instant investments using your iPhone or iPad. If you're a new investor you can create your account and complete verification on the app, allowing you to start investing quickly and easily. See all your investments at a glance and receive notifications when you are outbid or when your bid is accepted (these can be turned off in the settings). The app is currently available for iPhone and iPad, and we will be developing an Android version in the near future. We hope you enjoy using it and if you have any feedback please let us know. Hi alanpThank you for your question. We are currently investigating building a Windows version of the app - this is not currently scheduled for development but we're looking into it! Thanks, LendingCrowd

LendingCrowd Useless things (at this stage) like mobile apps are among factors I would certainly cut out when a company struggles to reach targets. Certainly from my point of view LC would have been better with lower SM fees (no increase) and no apps. And even then, when there is an LC auction lasting at least 10 days and most of the time even struggling to fill after that period, I don't see the need to rush in with your mobile....

According to today's email there are "6 great reasons for using the LC app" - but several dodgy loans are suggesting not to use it for investing.

I have to agree with the two previous posters. What is the point of having an app if no-one wants to invest in your loans? I can't wait to get my money out of lendingcrowd's hands as I have little faith left in the platform. Three loans are having problems, we are getting frustratingly few updates and seemingly no action to deal with them.

I am getting fed up with the constant reminder of my second-class status by the constantly repeating notification of this milestone development on my Windows screen. I agree with previous posters that it's pointless putting resources to creating more gateways to sub-standard content, but there's no need to keep reminding us of this!
Presumably 10 months ago LC had a plan to develop the Android version, but has anyone seen a notification of its demise?
