I only use the monthly market using my own rate. At present it says I have some money on loan, some "On Market" and none in Holding. But when I look in Account History it shows a zero balance. So what is the status of the money "on Market"? Am I earning interest on it?

Money on market is being offered to borrowers, and just waiting for a match at that particular rate. No, it doesn't earn interest.

Because all the money you've deposited is either lent out or on offer. The balance is your holding account.

I'm getting there. And just what is the Account Balance mentioned in Auto-withdrawal? If it is the Holding Balance how do I withdraw the money in On Market?

Go to the particular market (5yr, say), expand the "unmatched" section, and click "cancel" for each bid. Or "change", if you just want to move it to a different offered rate.
