I have not received any emails from MT since 24/11. Is this because none have been sent out or because I have the misfortune to use TalkTalk?

Getting emails OK here since that date but not on TT so that could be it.

AFAIK the only email sent since that date (that I have recieved anyway) was on Mon concerning Managed Portfolio renewals which you would probably only recieve if you were in the loans. Ed has paraphrased the contents on the other thread today.

Although I'm with TalkTalk I use gmail for all mail.

I changed my registered address in my MT account from the standard *********@talktalk.net to a gmail address but have never received anything. Even though it's a gmail address it is still being handled by TT as my ISP.
Could someone kindly paste the emails mentioned above here?

If you are accessing your gmail account by logging into the accounts.google.com web page, there should be no way possible for talk talk to filter or control it. You should check your gmail spam folder. I did not realise there was a gmailsspam folder as it is not listed with the other folders. Found it under "more". However it contained a couple from SS but nothing from MT. As TT is my ISP I assume all traffic including emails will go through their servers and if they are simply losing stuff then emails could disappear. Attachment Deleted

Morning All,
For all those not receiving our emails, please could I ask you to email us at support@moneything.com so that we can investigate the issue further.
Whilst talktalk email addresses have popped up on spam blacklists periodically, having just checked it appears that they are currently not on any blacklists at the moment.
As such, possible reasons for not receiving our emails are either:
1) We have accidentally not synced your address with MailChimp or the address has been copied over with errors 2) You opted out of receiving our emails when you first registered 3) You inadvertently unsubscribed from receiving our emails by clicking the link in a previous email 4) Other! (To be investigated)
When we receive your email, we will respond with a holding email straight away (or at least within 1 hour during working hours). If you do not receive this holding email, there might be a problem with our mailserver blocking your email which we will need to investigate. Therefore in this instance, please call us.
