Seems like we can't win. Previously when we've had no update, we haven't posted anything at all, so we've tried to improve that by at least stating there is no update so that you know it hasn't been forgotten about. When there is no movement from one week to the next what would you like us to do?

When there is no movement from one week to the next what would you like us to do? My original post was tongue-in-cheek but since you ask... Push harder so that there IS movement and something worth putting into an email. Simply churning out a batch of "No update" emails makes it look as if the loans have been forgotten. Rightly or wrongly it smacks of "lip service". Lenders need and deserve to know that you're making progress in recovering their money. And no, you probably can't win unless and until you get to grips with the defaults. Only then can you stop having to send weekly "update" emails, or "no update" emails. Someone tell me if I'm being unreasonable. Please?

I unsubscribed to the emails a while ago as they were pretty pointless.
