Always looking for an income stream to enhance my pension, I've been using parkatmyhouse.com (now renamed to justpark.com) for renting out a couple of parking spaces on my drive.
If you live near a big hospital (or other large employer), bus or rail terminus, getting £100 per month or more is not impossible - especially in bigger towns and cities.
I think I'd need to have invested between £25K to £35K, depending on risk and return, to get the same regular income as I do by letting a couple of strangers park on my drive - and all without risking any capital at all.
