MoneyThing: The loan currently previewing to new company with common ownership with existing borrower. Are there any company cross guarantee's in place or lenders solely reliant on the security ?

Morning, No guarantee - just the asset as security at this stage. Depending on how their loan book develops and if we decide to help fund this business, we will likely implement both guarantee & debenture (which they have agreed). Regards, Ed
