I see that there are 8 loans with 1 month remaining term (1 suspended).
I wonder how many of the other 7 will be coughing up the dough by the end of April. £3m hitting lender accounts shortly, or am I being optimistic?

Yep a lot very close to moving forward to completion over probably 2 months with normal refinancing delays, so will hopefully clear some of the loan items for sale.

On a scale of 1 to flying pig, well & truly grounded
Given all of them are on one or more periods of extension, & the one that isnt is suspended pending extension vote, I reckon £500k would be a good result. Not going to clear the funding deficit that way Im afraid. Need FCA to pull its finger out or, at least, tell everyone they are hoping for April in vain and so they can just invest any ISA held back cash anyway
