Agreed, that's a big help. ablrate , I'd like to suggest another "cross-link" between Current Investments and the SM. Could you please look at adding something to the Current Investments page to flag the loans where we have live Bids and Offers running. It could be as simple as shading the word "Trade" in a different colour on those loans, or perhaps adding little "B" and/or "O" icons after the word "Trade" It would be handy to have the same flags on the Secondary Market page too, but the Current Investments page is the priority. Thanks. Hi Stevio Will take a look and see what we can do. Regards Ablrate Wrong Steve Funny how no-one ever has that problem with me...well apart from the mis-spells anyway

Does anyone else find the newer format borrowing proposals a bit of a pain to read? The two-column layout requires scrolling up and down to read through the document - any chance of revisiting the layout?

Hello -
I am not sure if anyone else has asked for this but it would be nice to have a "watch" feature on a selected secondary market. Eg I could get an email alert if someone improved their offer relative to my bid or if someone else put in a better price ahead of me. (The kind of functionality you get on ebay...)
It would also be nice to see a history of trades that have happened: date, size and price.
Thanks.

Hmm ... sorry, it is just a standard 'old style' prospectus format... will have a look. Regards David

Would it be possible for the next payment to detail which loan is paying or to have a calendar with all the next payments for the month itemised?

Would it be possible to be redirected to the log in page on timeout rather than the homepage? Similar to some other platforms (MT & COL come to mind).
It's so minor that I'm a little embarrassed to request it but if you don't ask...

Hi It would probably be easy enough initially to have a roll over to show you that straight off. The calender is a good idea, let me have a chat with the guys. Regards Ablrate

While you're looking at 'next instalment date', how about, when we roll over the little calendar symbol next to it, it actually reveals a calendar - with not just our next instalment date but all subsequent dates on each month's flippable page? Probably v bad form to quote myself, but...

Probably v bad form to quote myself, but... I remember that, and I also remember saying that I always thought the little symbol was a car battery. The 'next instalment' gives only one payment on that date. I was surprised recently to have more paid than advertised and I think it was due to having two payments on the date but only one of them shown.

Ablrate, could the CSV file of transaction history as downloadable from the My Financial Account page be improved please? Particularly so that it includes the Loan ID, in it's own column, against each applicable transaction - i.e. for bids, investments, instant returns, interest, repayments... This would make the file much easier to deal with and analyse, in a spreadsheet for example. As it stands there's a number of hoops to jump through to simply use the data.
Edit: Amongst other things, hoping an improved CSV file will also split out the accrued interest, that is usually paid/returned for SM transactions, separately from the capital.

Loan Number is needed in all sorts of places. It is really helpful and I assume (hope) it gets included when pages get redesigned.
