I've noticed we don't have a distinctive separate thread for that like on any platform forums. Suggestions are scattered in various posts. So here it is. Please add your suggestions and hopefully ablrate and ablrateandy will implement them in time. Mine first: It was mentioned earlier but please can we have a CVS export when its clear to distinguish (separate row, plus some 'type' column) the following: - capital received
- interest received
- interests paid
- fee (N/A atm)
- premium paid
- refund
- investment
- investment secondary market
- bid pledge (not the same as investment)
I can see you're doing most of those categories already on the website. If CVS export not possible at lease to show all transactions on one page, or separate page. Filtering by dates, transaction types, various summaries would be welcome too

I would like to see new loans listed on the platform BEFORE GOING LIVE, this allows the proposition to be studied & relevant DD &/or Q&A to be undertaken. This would also clarify the bidding/pledging/limits that allow funds to be made available & transferred in good time. I realise that some of this information can be gleaned from the forum, direct contact or e-mail (although somewhat unreliable) but see no reason why the website should not be the main information hub. Most other p2p sites manage to do it, even if timings sometimes have to unavoidably slip.

Thanks for the feedback. That is something we are looking at. We do have a facility currently which is our 'scheduled loans' part of the system, we are just looking at what is the best way to deal with that.

Probably requested before, can we have the Loan IDs, as included in repayment confirmation emails, added to all online loan lists please?
This would really useful with similar Loan Titles in a, hopefully, ever lengthening list of active loans.

Opt out/in for various classes of email - I'm not that interested to know that £1.67 was paid today. Thanks

Thanks Hi We are looking at the emailing system we use and there is an ability to group emails, so we are working on how we can set that so that you can unsubscribed from some and not all of the mails. Withdrawing funds.
I just tired to withdraw the cash on account and despite requesting the same amount as the current account balance, I got a message saying I could not withdraw more than was in my account. Either there needs to be a comment that a non zero balance is required or there is some other problem ( rounding error maybe or sloppy coding)
A useful feature would be the ability to retain the account details so they don't have to be entered each time we withdraw.
Thanks
LW

It's a rounding error. Apologies - on the list to solve!

... the same amount as the current account balance... That is an old issue. On occasion ablrateandy has gone in and generously rounded up the balance to what it appears to be to enable a round sum investment. I just keep a few coppers in the account to avoid the problem now.

Ah! I had not realised that this could cause a problem when investing as well as withdrawal. I'll also leave a few coppers in the kitty from now on. LW

Some sort of confirmation dialog when you make an investment (or buy on the SM) (as per the thread software slight moan) but expanded to cover PM investment as well

I've only been careful about specifying a penny less when there were loans filling in seconds...as there'd be nothing worse than missing an opportunity due to a bid being rejected because of the rounding error. Rest of the time yes it's annoying to have to re-enter, but at least it doesn't happen all the time - the next repayment usually fixes it (albeit temporarily). Would be nice to have an extra decimal place displayed tho (or for it to always be rounded down).
