Hi
webski9 - we are working through each loan and should have most of the SM back up today. We are fixing a bug this morning which was pointed out by a lender where the directors name was being picked up in emails instead of the company name, this is beng applied today.
Stevio - thanks for that, will get a little more creative and will also be adding in loan numbers (which you will also see in the agreements).
Regards Ablrate

Regards Ablrate We don't need you to be more creative in loan names. Just always quote the Loan Id at all stages from offer though agreement into Financial Account interest and repayments. The Loan Id is the only unique loan identifier.

ablrate please can we have an export to excel feature for the transactions - trying to copy multiple pages into excel is a real waste of our time and Ablrate should respect that - try to think how you would manage at the back end if you couldn't download the data you needed to run the platform - other platforms have had this within the first year of launch, so Ablrate is very much behind here - this has been outstanding for over a year now and it doesn't look well upon your customer responsiveness if it takes over a year for features that are standard on even the simplest of platforms now to be implemented

+1 for a download feature. I spend about an hour each month copy/pasting reformatting the transaction list into something I can then convert and upload into Money (yes still using it after all these years). All the other platforms I simply press a button and get a csv or xls.

The SM table has acquired some new shading (of paused loans) but still involves a lot of scrolling because of the very wide line spacing. This looks to be driven by the "Buy or Sell Loans" link, where the text wraps across 3 lines. Can this be reduced to "Buy or Sell" so that it only wraps across 2 lines (or better still, "Trade" on a single line)?

I am sure this has been asked before - Current Investments - would it be possible to increase the number of items per page to say 100 or 200 or user selectable?

Hi Guys
Download should be available this week on your account history. We will be making it more searchable and customisable in the coming weeks, so you can print your own tax statement etc.
Pause is now greyed out in SM, but the main feature there is that if you roll over on the tick you can see why it's paused. A similar feature which will have a roll-over to see how much the payment was late by and the reason for it.
Current Investments - will make the list longer (or give you the option)
More coming..

I have to say that the usability of the Ablrate platform has been much improved recently by the changes made. Goodbye to the Geeks, hello flexibility and responsiveness.
New feature request One small but important improvement would help me and perhaps others. And that would be a figure for my 'total funds' on the dashboard. I would like to see easily how much I have in Ablrate and to watch it tick up, which I know it does. At present to find out my total stake plus earnings I have to add four figures - Available funds, Active bids, Bids on proposed loans, and Funds currently lent. If Ablrate would just add up those four figures please and place the result somewhere on my dashboard I would be really happy (for a while). I assume that unfunded pledges will not be in any of those four figures. If I had losses and recoveries (which are netted of from funds currently lent at present), I would like to have visibility of that also - but I do not plan to have losses.

Hi we may have to disappoint on this one as it looks like it's not going to get done for this week as it wasn't as simple as we though... but we are working through it at the moment Regards Ablrate

Thanks for the updates ablrate. I would like to reinforce others requests for an easy way to download a tax statement. This would be high priority for me too. I was surprised not to find it already.

I wish I could like your post more than once! This problem frustrates me every time I do my portfolio review. How difficult is to add 4 numbers and add a line of HTML code to the page do display it> Come on guys from ablrate
