As mentioned in the Spring Newsletter, MoneyThing is now featured on TrustPilot but currently has just 3 reviews (all of them 5 stars) so is only ranked at 423 out of 673 in the Money category Given how well MT featured in our P2P Independent Forum 2015 awards, how about we do something to help MT up the rankings on TrustPilot too? Reviews can be added here: www.uk.trustpilot.com/review/moneything.com (then click on the black "Review Company" button)

Hi Stevet and Pom, Thanks for starting this thread and also for your reviews. I'll be sending out an email invite to all our lenders on Monday. I set it live on Friday just to iron out any issues/ bugs, but it seems to be working fine. We're really delighted with the feedback we've had so far. I'm afraid you'll still get an email on Monday if you've already left a review, so apologies in advance for that. Kind regards, Sophie

How can the headline say only 8.7/10 when all nine reviews have awarded maximum 5 stars?

How can the headline say only 8.7/10 when all nine reviews have awarded maximum 5 stars? We were a little confused by that too, however they use something called the Bayesian average to determine the figure. Regards, Ed

Bayes is an interesting chap, particularly when it comes to prediction and probability. So nothing to do with loan default chance then .

I'd be more than happy to recommend MT but I flatly refuse to register my personal details with the likes of Trustpilot just so they can pester me with spam mailings in the future. I had quite enough of that with Trap-advisor which took years to shrug off.
If MT care to find an anonymous review site, I'm happy to contribute with a highly positive review.

I just didn't tick the box for any emails, and they leave me alone. I must look at my Tripad and see what can be switched off.

Regards, Ed The overall average is now up to 9.0/10, which gets you the maximum 5 stars, after 13 x 5-star reviews. Ranking is now up to 233 of 673 in "Money"

Hi Ladywhitenap, I understand that Trustpilot only ask you to register to confirm you are a genuine customer. If you wait until I send out the automated request email from Trustpilot on Monday, you won't be asked to register to leave a review, because the request has come from us. I also understand that Trustpilot won't email you directly anyway- but I will confirm that for you on Monday too. Kind regards, Sophie
