Hi SophieThing the new partner has worked with P2P for 3 years, listing 65m loans, do you know which platforms and have any examples of loans they have brought forward - (just loan identifiers, no borrower names required)? thanks

MoneyThing Ed, the Pending Loans list shows the rate on these 5 new loans as 10%, as per your Pipeline Loans update. However the email still contains the sentence "Lenders will receive 1% a month on this loan which will be paid monthly into their MoneyThing account". I assume that is incorrect?

Our mistake - thank you for pointing this out. The email is incorrect in that these loans are offered at 10% pa to lenders (not 1% pcm). Regards, Ed.

On the TC site, I always found the communication by the head of the new partnership to be clear and timely. I have invested already in several of the loans that they introduced to that site.

MoneyThing Ed, the email says; There will be a maximum bid restriction of 1% of the total value of the loan. is this correct, or is it £1000 for each of 4 tranches +750.

Ed's original comment on the Pipeline Loans list says "Part B of this loan (behind ours), is already listed on TC." How does that compare rate-wise versus this one, and is it a 2nd charge on the same asset?
