When I try to invest in a loan that is showing as available the box to enter the amount is missing. Is it just my system? It has been working up to a couple of hours ago.

I have tried another browser and my phone but still doesn’t let me invest. Must be something up with my account, and yes I do have available funds!

We have been seeing plenty of bids placed today so not too sure why you are having difficulties. Please email support@moneything.com, so that we can investigate. Kind regards, Ed

Interesting, tried withdrawing £25 which is in my bank and a confirmation email from MT. Then tried to deposit £125 and got this message
RESTRICTED ACCESS
Your account has been restricted and we can no longer accept deposits as insufficient information has been provided with regard to identification purposes.
Please contact support@moneything.com to lift this restriction.
I have never been asked by MT for any ID info and have been transferring funds and buying loans for the last month. Why do I only get this restriction now? And what a strange way to block me buying loans when my funds are already in place and without letting me know why I cannot trade, not had an email or anything.

It's just something you have to bear with MoneyThing. You will just have to try to get used to it.

Finally resolved, got an email from Ed MT after 9pm on Friday evening, what excellent customer service! He said it maybe a bug or human error and he lifted the account restriction, but whatever, I have an 'Invest Now' button back and was able to make a purchase. Now just need to find the missing £125 I tried to transfer!
