collateral I received an email (just one!) telling me of my part funding of a loan, but the following information was missing: Loan amount £ Asset Value £ LTV Part funding value, Interest and asset name were ok. Looks like more tweaks to the emails are in order

Looks like more tweaks to the emails are in order Would you not have known the loan details before investing? Collateral were simply confirming your investment. Don't see the need to give all the details of the loan again.

Don't see the need to give all the details of the loan again. I knew the details of the loan, but the email listed the info of the loan and they were showing up blank. Also for bookkeeping it could be useful to have all the info to hand in the email.
