New on MT been on SS about three months ....
A few questions:
1 Is there any concept of pre-funding on MT or is it just FFF?
2. If not, what is the function of the 'investment' column in the pipeline loans?
3. Where do the new loans appear? Is it on page 1 'Live Loans' ?
4. If so, in what order ? I cant make out an order for the loans .... will it be at the bottom or somewhere randomly in the middle?
Thanks to anyone who can help !!

Invested column on pipeline is for renewals. If a loan renews you might already hold an investment which you can choose whether or not to keep, it'll show in this column. For renewals the actual amount available won't display correctly until the launch day as it won't be known how much will rollover. 3. New loans and loans on the SM all appear under 'Live Loans'. 4. You can select the order at the top of the columns. 'Available' is a useful column. You might want to temporarily reorder on 'Renew' when ticking/unticking renewal boxes.

Do you need to be online at 4pm to have any chance of investing or do you get a reasonable amount of time ?

Do you need to be online at 4pm to have any chance of investing or do you get a reasonable amount of time ? Depends on the size of the loan. Smaller loans disappear very quickly. The larger loans (usually property related) take longer to fill and often reappear on the SM so easier to get.

I thought there were no premium sales allowed at the moment and the second buyer accrues interest from the purchase date (not after the next payment installment) so what does the first buyer get from bulk buying and then releasing later?

They get money invested quick and diversify across loans later. Or simply release cash if they need it
