And the January container interest was also paid today, though I assume it was by Ablrate, not the borrower.

Assuming you received the email about this, please check for a statement there saying that Ablrate will pay the interest, subject to legal advice. I haven't yet seen a comment on the result of that legal advice. On their past record, if the legal advice is that they can pay it, they will. There was an email about this? ablrateandy ablrate please can you look in to why I've not received these (as you've previously promised to do). I'm not ok with emails being sent to borrowers on a selective basis

I'm not ok with emails being sent to borrowers on a selective basis Ablrate tried to send the 9 July email to all those who had ownership of a loan involving the firm. If you didn't get that email you should contact Ablrate so they can investigate why you didn't get it. There hasn't so far as I'm aware been an email since that one.

There were at least two emails on the subject sent 9/7/16 who got what possibly depended on the degree of involvement of individual investors.

Perhaps it should be the next scheduled instalment and should not be related to actual repayments. And could we remove the zero payments please? I am still expecting £0.00 on 9th July, when I no longer hold the loan.
The 'current investments' page is the best way of seeing which payments are coming up, through the maturity date for the loan. But unfortunately not all have monthly payments, and so it would be good to add a column for next scheduled instalment date.

Regards Ablrate If it is easier for you, personally I have no issues with you arranging for all the capital and accrued interest to be repaid if that is easier than fixing the database?

ablrateandy ablrate Could we kindly have an update on this default please? Do you know where the containers are, and have you taken possession? Hi All This loan is in legals at the moment. We will aim to give an update to lenders on the actions taken and the results as soon as the initial legal processes have gone through the system. We completed a first step on the 20th and the second is commencing today. We will update lenders via email with details on the processes we have taken to date and the results of those when this phase is completed. Regards Ablrate

Hi everyone - an email from Ablrate has just arrived, but I do not think it is appropriate to give any details here . . .
BUT one question for Ablrate - what possible reason could be put forward for not complying immediately with clause 3?
(I can understand a delay on clause 4 . . . but 3 seems worrying!)

Very pleasing to see ABL are taking it seriously and using the full power of the Courts, few other P2P sites could learn from this.
Well Done.

That is a very detailed report on current progress, and shows that Ablrate will not be pussy-footing about (like we have witnessed on certain other platforms) with obstructive and uncooperative borrowers who decide they cannot/will not repay their loans, and will not give full assistance towards re-scheduling them.
I've seen no comment anywhere regarding the status of the 5 year fixed term 15% loan, which is connected to this borrower. I avoided that because of no repayments until the end of the five years.

Hi Le Recorn As you say, not appropriate to go into detail, but there is no reason earthly reason it should not be complied with immediately. Regards Ablrate
