Timestamp for the email I got was 3:13PM, now at 6:23PM it's at 63.2%, £158,005 of £250,000. But this is a loan that will be expanded up to £750,000 so it's really up to about 21% of the maximum so far.

ablrate ablrateandy if this doesn't fill before, will you consider keeping it open long enough for the ATR repayment (provided this isn't extended too)?

Do you mean 532? If so this is surely answered by the fact that 29 days of the listing period remains and the max size is £750k. The question is whether it will get to £750k before 29th July, when 532 is due to repay. I guess it will fill on 29th, assuming 532 does repay (seems likely).

Yes, but Ablrate have closed loans early in the past

I queried this direct with Ablrate and was told that they were leaving things as they are for the time being, but indicated that if the container loan situation didn't resolve shortly they would remove the historic date. IMHO they should have done this by now...

How does the underwriting 40% work with this? is it 40% of current loan size £375k? does the underwriting get added on top of what's invested (ie loan size £375kx140%) or only used for shortfall between current investment and £375k?

The latter, I think, though I'm a complete newbie so please feel to set me straight on that. On a related note, this loan has been on "0 days remaining" for what must surely have been a full day now, is it going to go live any time soon?

Though it has 0 days left, I believe you can still invest.

Since the final amount lent was £380k it seems to have been all requested offers plus the underwritten amount. As usual the instant returns were paid by Ablrate on drawdown on 30 August 2016. A couple of hundred Pounds on offer on the secondary market at 0.5% and 1% premiums.

ablrate ablrateandy Information supplied by Ablrate when the offer was made named the directors who, as you would expect, are also directors of the parent company. Looking at the company via Companies House I find that two of the directors have since resigned. There is a notice for compulsory strike-off dated 16 August. I would also expect to see a charge with Ablrates name in some form against it. Could we have an update on the companies involved and links between any new loans being issued. I understand that such details cannot be placed here, but could they be added into comment section on the load details on the Albrate platform?
