Hey everyone, just a quick question about the application to become a member of ratesetter to be able to lend. So I've given all the correct details and everything, however on the page where it asks you to upload a document proving your FULL NAME/ADDRESS with the date being in the last 60 days It gives two options- Option 1: Upload a PDF, image or scanned document
Option 2: Email a scan or a photo I chose option 1, the image upload succeeded, I then press 'continue application'. It takes me back to 'your lending tab'. Every time I press continue application same thing happens, I have to upload etcetc. It goes in a loop.
The Image uploaded shows clearly:The date, Full Name and Address
So does anybody know the best way to get through this process? Best to send an email or Call them? Or do they just not work Saturdays...

Have you tried assuming its worked and just trying to log in? Just had an issue with a bank which kept saying registration had failed but after 3 rejections just tried longing in and all 3 had worked.I have a recollection of a similar logic fail on RS at some point in sign up.
