1. Prepayment data - some SM loans trade more than 5% above par value. That may make sense on a YTM basis but not if there is a good chance the loan repays early... If we had this data it may convince people to pay more (or less!) in the SM. It could also mean that the stated terms will be longer than reality which many people will like. 2. Proper default data, including for loans that are repurchased under guarantee. Showing a 'snapshot' of default loan percentages is one metric but it isn't great because the mix of loans changes every day, particularly if the Mintos platform is growing fast. It would be good to see for each issuer, what percentage of loans have been defaulting after 90, 180, 360 days etc. We should also have this for the guaranteed loans because if the guarantors go under we need to know what happens. Loans usually take a while to default so if the platform is growing fast with new loans then the default rates will be skewed/understated. 3. Recovery rate information. For secured loans - What percentage of the amounts in the valuation reports have the issuers been achieving, once legal and broker costs are taken into account? How many months has it taken? Without this we can't really know what LTV we can really feel comfortable with. For unsecured - what does the recovery percentage look like (collections plus sales to debt collectors)
And most importantly, all the loan data should be downloadable, so people can do their own analysis if they like and decide where they would like to focus. Some other platforms have this and I haven't been able to find it yet on Mintos.

Seconded here, I would love to have access to this sort of data, it would reveal a lot about the financial viability of the buyback scheme for certain originators...

Is there any info on the recovery steps for loans that are not repaying or do I have to ask Mintos personally every time?

I notice that in the statistics section, the graph which showed the evolution of interest rates for the various types of loan has disappeared. I found this really useful, so why has it been removed?

Is there any info on the recovery steps for loans that are not repaying or do I have to ask Mintos personally every time? Some loans have a Debt Collection tab next to the Investment Breakdown tab, but I don't know what criteria initiate the addition of this.

I can tell you: The debt collection is only added if an Investor asks for that. I had several 60+ loans and had always to ask the Support. After that, in some cases, they added more info later in the process.

When that happens is anyones guess. I would hope Mintos are chasing them up on this kind of information. The more info the better. Without clear information and statistics potential investors get nervous.

This is correct, they add it after they receive it. But they don't ask the originators for the info, they only do it, when someone asks them. I had to chase the info on most overdue loans, but didn't receive something in every case.
I think, Mintos should automatically ask for an update.
