maybe I am missing something obvious...
the total loans funded is £750 according to the list which I what it should be.
In the yellow box it states: £744.49.
and now looking again, 20p more interest received in the last minute and the total says £744.69.
confused...

And I seem to have had £2.76 interest clawed back with no entry in the transactions log. Hmm.

Same problem here, but figures are changing every so often, my interest received looks about right and so does my overall total, but my funded loans is showing at about £15 less than it should, i'll leave them to it and check it later, they are obviously working on the issue so no need to start flapping just yet.

well I've had enough.
550 going on the sm now.
I would sell the other 200 but it's in that bloody coin loan that is taking forever to sell...
I've had inital problems with wrong interest amounts and now this. I haven't got the time and head space to be checking totals on small amounts. if I cant trust the platform with some basic maths, i'm out!

i'm not flapping, but my point is, they seem to have these sorts of issues on a regular basis. fair play they may fix them but should there be that many in the first place? it's not a beta site as far as I can tell...

They still haven't corrected that anomaly on the account page. All the interest is dated as start 1 September, end 1st September. Shouldn't it be start 1 August, end 31 August? On new loans like the Rolls Royce, there is even a case for start 31 August, end 31 August, though if the system is just to show interest for the month that is not essential.

On new loans like the Rolls Royce, there is even a case for start 30 August, end 31 August, though if the system is just to show interest for the month that is not essential. Well, that's a matter of interpretation. To my mind, the start and end dates are for the holding. That doesn't really have a meaning with cash. The handling of interest is the same as a deposit, and seems a perfectly reasonable way of show it.

The interest calculation process appears to have caused a problem with the figures shown in the big coloured boxes at the top of the page, so Total loans funded has been reduced by £8.12 but it is shown correctly on the My live loans page. This account balance is also short by £8.12.
I am not attempting to check the interest for each loan as life is too short but the overall figure looks about right.
I have advised Collateral as they asked for individual reports of problems.

Anyway, I will need assurance from Collateral that the reported errors are not just being checked manually for people who report them (as asked for above), but are being dealt with for every lender by eliminating whatever causes them.

I am very well diversified over 70+ loans so I am not going to try to check the calculations very precisely but the total figure looks about right at 1% of total less 50% of those bought in Aug. I am not active on the SM which may explain why I don't have the same problems.

Morning,
Yes we are aware of the issues and we are looking at it overall and not just individual cases. The box totals are being addressed as well.
We can only apologise for the issues, the first three months have been a huge learning curve to say the least. All the good and not so good feedback is appreciated and taken on board and we will continue to listen and improve Collateral.
As a new platform we value our investors and will continue to develop the platform based on your feedback.
Many thanks,
Gordon
