Invoice www.mintos.com/en/117150-01 is now 60+days late but no news from Capitalia. No any Debt collection info. If this is the way capitalia do business I better stop de auto bid for this loan originator. Bye bye Capitalia.

You have to ask the support for updates, they will ask capitalia then. Keep in mind, that with capitalia there is a 9 day period for settlement. So the support will not ask capitalia until the invoice is late more then 69 days.

buttchopf23, could you explain the additional 9 days delay? What is the term for other loan originators? I have not heard about it before.

Info now added: 2016.09.20 Contract is not yet terminated, promised to pay these days, we are still waiting few more days There is recourse to the debtor so a good chance of recovering these funds, unless of course the invoice was spurious for some reason...

Interesting to see how this will end. I have invested as well in this loan.

I have 76 open invoices in this moment (25/09/16) in my portfolio. Seven are 60+days late, all of them from Capitalia screencast.com/t/2QSlkAdu . Only 3 have Debt collection info were Capitalia anounce that the debtor promisse to pay 22/09/16. No payment arrived yet.

I know this is a rather late post, but I see that Capitalia has one of the worst debts out there, most of them delayed or extended. Simply removed them from auto-invest and even for manual invest as well.

Yes, Capitalia's recovery procedures are awful. I have several loans that remain in 60+ days / default state for a very prolonged time without any change; just some empty promises that the borrower will repay on some future (or past) date. Has anyone ever got a Capitalia's defaulted loan fully recovered?
On the bright side: there are several thousands of 13.5% interest rate personal loans out there with buyback guarantee. Why would anyone choose a Capitalia's invoice loan over those?

During the X-mas holidays I have reviewed statistics and I don't understand why bother with risky Capitalia business loans if you can have similar exposure to the Baltics via Debifo invoices?
