Well to be totally fair, MT have made the scroll bars much thinner than normal and in some pretty faded colours so even when they are right there in front of me, they are still difficult to spot and use. I usually think they are just some kind of graphical artifact and then I remember again what they are supposed to be, scroll over and see new things... (Old g*t on safari on iPad2) Yeah, they are quite thin arent they What threw me was that the vertical scrollbars are part of the window and always visible, but the horizontal ones are part of the page and not always visible I've been using MT for months now, and only just today during this discussion noticed the horizontal bar on the Live Loans page, hidden right at the bottom of 100+ rows. I'd got used to seeing fewer columns on a smaller screen until now!

27% available, I wonder how many have missed out on renewal by mistake.

It's lasted an hour already and still quite a bit left.

£300 bid limit is pretty low for a £205k loan, especially where many of the regulars will already have a significant investment to roll over.

Yep, this is the other side of the lack of prefunding info .. Max bids can be set too low as well as too high (and then some one/two people will gobble £50k chunks 2 seconds past the 24 hour deadline).

Hmmm, I had discounted this one due to being in the first set and rolling over. Maybe a quick look under the sofa (previous loans took all the cash from down the back) for a few more pennies.

£300?? What's the point? I'll never get anything invested on this platform at this rate.... And theres still 143k left 5 1/2 hours after launch.....

Join the fast-fingered mayhem at 4pm when the bidding limit expires and you'll probably get a decent chunk of this one

Renewals usually only have around 7% rolling over so £300 wasn't an unreasonable assumption. I suspect some people have missed out on renewing by mistake.

I go away for ten days and when I return, all my Brudenell Road has been sold off because I couldn't tick any renew/rollover button ( I assume there wasn't one there in the first place)! Now all I can get is the £300 from the leftovers. A fat chance I've got of replacing my £1315 when the furore begins at four o'clock today! (if I even remember)

(if I even remember) I must admit, I sympathise with you here as I would be in the same boat if I was on hols (as I don't use public internet for secure sites). I wonder if there should be a rollover option on all loans (even those not expected to rollover) or a one tick box option to rollover all loans which overrides individual settings. At least by coming back today you've got £300 + whatever you can grab at 1600. If you came back tomorrow, you'd have nowt.

I was on a narrowboat on the Staffs-Worc/Trent-Mersey/Ashby canals!

The rollover button could be removed from loans which are about to pay back when the advance "Loan repaying" notice is sent out. MoneyThing - an idea for future development?

Join the fast-fingered mayhem at 4pm when the bidding limit expires and you'll probably get a decent chunk of this one Perhaps THINGS would consider giving everybody a second chance for a 2-3 hours, another £300-500 limit before a few lucky or probably just one big hitter snaps what's left in a blink of an eye.
