What impact will current German Banking difficulties on P2P

Short answer: none

I doubt it will be a lot unless it spreads into some wider crisis and recession, which at present I see as unlikely.  Bit ridiculous the size of fines in the US these days, $14bn!  Also ridiculous that a fine for selling products that put the stability of the financial system at risk is so large it puts the stability of the financial system at risk.
