Collateral Rep BB00181 & BB00223 have the wrong LTV’s, it’s time to get the calculator out! They are wrong on the Available Loans page, and on the loan page in the headline but correct in the detailed description.

Well yeah, but looking at the small print, if 181 does default, the LTV will instantly change from 45.71% to 100%. LTV only matters during a default so it should be quoted at 100% yes? You make it sound like having a buyer in the wings to buy at the loan amount in the even of a default to be somehow a bad thing. I thought it was the major attraction and usp of this platform.
