Can somone explain how this loan will rank vis-a-vis BPF536, the first round loan for the same development. Both are defined as Tranche A in their round and rank ahead of Tranche B in the same round, but I'm not clear of the relative rankings in different rounds, or are they pari passu?

There's BPF536/537, BPF541/542 and now BPF566/567. My understanding is all tranche A rank equally, as do all tranche B.

I think a lot of people would have got there fill last time round, also been a few other loans lately on here and other platforms. This is probably one of the better loans around at the momment (for a similar interest rate).

What a difference a month makes! I know there was a lot of money sloshing around at the time but the first 13% tranche sold out in 6 mins. Today, half an hour in, there's plenty left and it looks like the 10% tranche will last 24 hours +, not < 3 hours. I wonder if the football club (different borrower) has spooked some people, or has Ed got his bid limits right? I think people are holding out for today's big SS loan. The one that is now probably not happening today.

ISTR that the bid limits were higher (too high) the first time or two around (2x or 3x what they are this time). I suspect that even the 10% tranche will disappear smartish once the limit expires. We shall see.
