ablrate please could you confirm the relationship between the current director of B********* R********* & G**** Ltd, APF is making the loan too, in relation to the two brothers already mentioned in the documents (they share the same surname)? Also, this company was incorporated on just the 6 January 2016 I note there is another company with the pubs name with one of the brothers listed as director Can you confirm there is not a mistake in the listing or explain the discrepancy please? Also, I note the loan is to the company, but I imagine the security is not in the name of the company but a personal name? How would this effect things?

Obviously popular, all gone! Not quite sure why though? I've not read the details due to only just getting online, but I'm guessing the perceived risk vs return. With SS rates dropping and a month end (generating interest) cash has to go somewhere. Personally I'm just glad to see slightly improved deal throughput on Abl even if more ground based than expected as the level of platform survivability is my biggest concern here. Wouldn't mind a few containers being found also though....

Property is currently for sale (sold STC), expected to be wrapped up within 3 months, but minimum of 6 months interest - so best case you end up with an excellent return - 24% p.a. or more, albeit only for a short period. Of course, there's every chance the sale falls through or takes much longer, etc, but even in that case you're still looking at 12% p.a. on 60% LTV for residential property, so it still seems decent.
All in all, it looked to me to be one of the best deals on Ablrate I've seen (admittedly I'm a relative newbie to Ablrate).

If only, ablrate don't allow shrapnel purchase, so the cash sits all alone...😊

They've probably all at the Hampshire mansion housewarming party… Thanks for the compliment - more coming... The issue arose as we restricted the initial bid to £10..... without our thinking heads on..... so when it got below £10 you can't bid. So a small tweak has been made. Each loan has a minimum bid of £1 now and we have restricted fractions, so basically it has to be in round numbers.... Done today.
