Have received MT's email that this one will shortly renew. This is the first time one of my investments has come up for renewal but I can't see how to do it - on my loans page the only option is 'sell'. Please advise how to select 'renew'.

Go to the main 'Loans' / live loans page, order by 'end date', and the loan should appear near the top of the list. The far right column is entitled "renew" and if you have a part of the loan and it is renewable there will be a tick box there. Tick/ click it. In Edit, when ordered by 'end date' soonest first the loan is 5th down on the list.

I'm quite excited that my £2 loan part I managed to snaffle on the SM is up for renewal. Almost makes the effort worthwhile :-)

Many thanks star dust - I was expecting a rapid reply from the forum & was not disappointed!
Note to the MT team - I feel it would be more intuitive if the renew option was also available on the 'my loans' page; that's the first place I looked for it.

It's a good idea to review the 'Renew' column regularly to make sure you have everything ticked if you want to retain it. Most people on this platform tend to renew so loans can be difficult to pickup later. I think the reason it's not on the 'my loans' page is because you may have several parts of the same loan, 'Renew' is for all parts only. Sometimes several loans are consolidated into one new one.

The renewal box is also on the pending loans page (once the renewal is ummmm pending). But you have to scroll to the right to see it. Disappointed I don't appear to own a bit of the E-Type.
