Well, I didn't get any freezing today (so the bug might be fixed), but my grouped asset loan purchase sat there pending for an age until it finally came through with 'investment received', by which time about 2/3rds had gone, so sigh of relief on my part. I then targeted the final largest renewal and successfully grabbed a bit with a far faster performance - perhaps less people were on by then. So all told I'm a much happier bunny today .

I find it really off-putting seeing my available balance ramp up as the renewing parts are paid back at the same time as the renewals going live, and not seeing it reduce back down until after all the fff action and the dust has settled. I don't know if I'm coming or going. Over on MT and FS the automated part happens first thing in the morning, well before the action.

I also had confirmation screens waiting around for an age before eventually telling me that there was none left 😢 I did manage to pick up a couple of items from the SM and the new loan. What I am unclear about is what went on with loan 297. I was sure there was a bid limit of £50 for this which l entered. I already had £10 in the original loan. I now have £10 + £40 + £40 !! Maybe this was the bid which sat around for ages and I refreshed?! Gordon, was there a £50 limit on this loan and is the 'double allocation' bug still around?

Yeah agreed, it's the first loan I'd had renew today, and I wondered what was going on, I was trying to check whether my loan part had perhaps not renewed and been paid back instead, but as I wanted some grouped asset I decided to concentrate on getting that first. Once that had worked I decided to resist the SM and my 'extra' money, I double checked the upcoming one I was targeting, and in the interim the renewal 'unwound'. I definitely think keeping it a separate process at a different time is a good idea Collateral Rep , it also means I could take account of the repaying interest when I make a deposit instead of (as now) leaving 15p in my account - 'till the next time

Gordon Could you program your routine tasks to place the following weeks renewals/ redemptions on Friday a.m. on here and by e mail please? It will allow lenders time to plan their money movement needs in advance.

I might have missed it somewhere, but can you explain how the interest gets handled in a loan renewal situation Collateral Rep? Does the borrower pay six months interest up front in order to renew, or is there an alternative arrangement, and is it standard for all borrower's?

Hi stub8535 , Yes we will have a regular day and yes we will also email as well. I'll give an update later today on this weeks loans that are redeeming and renewing. Gordon Thanks Gordon. Could you put the loan size and bid limit you will apply to each please? Helps lenders with slow connections/ fingers like me work out if its worth logging on to bid. Wont bother with tomorrows £600 loan as you have set a £50 bid limit.

Hi stub8535, When we list the whole weeks renewals and redemption's it's a little difficult to put bid limits because investors with loan parts can still tick auto-reinvest in their My Loans section up until the loan goes into pipeline. We will put loans into pipeline the day before, so you will be able to see then what bid limit has been set and availability amount. Many thanks, Gordon

Hi star dust , After the initial loan term, the borrower can choose to renew by paying up front a further fee equivalent to the interest payments due for the duration of the renewal. Many thanks, Gordon
