First renewal. COLBB00016 renewed as COLBB00286.
I think I had 2 parts - £20 and £30. New parts allocated fine, but I don't seem to have had the old parts repaid? I am down £50 I think?
Seems COLBB000015 was repaid at the same time.
Edit: Looking at other's comments and trying to interpret my transactions it seems I may have sold down my holding to £1 towards the end of last month, so the issue for me is just that I now hold more of 286 than I am entitled to. Interestingly I saw fleetingly when 286 was still in available loans that the amount remaining went negative by about £260.

COLBB000015 was indeed repaid today.
As for the renewal of COLBB00016 as COLBB00286, I had elected to renew (to see how the first renewal performed), and I got a different error to you. I originally purchased £50 in COLBB00016, then sold £25 on the SM, leaving £25 at the point of renewal; my £25 was repaid OK, but the platform allocated me £50 in the new loan COLBB00286 - it looks as if it might be renewing the original/peak investment rathern than the amount held at point of renewal.

That might be what happened to mine too, I originally had two £25 parts but sold one.

Hi,
The developers are checking this now. If you have an issue can you please email info@collateraluk.com as we don't know who you are from your forum username.
Many thanks,
Gordon

Collateral Rep are you aware of fault in the renewal process as witnessed by myself & archie above - i.e. renewal allocation is not the amount held at point of renewal, but higher amount previously held?
This may not be of major importance where relatively small amounts are concerned, but I doubt it will please an investor who has divested himself of substantial amounts before renewal and elects to renewal the remaining small amount.
EDIT - crossed with collateral post above

FYI, it seems to work fine on my end. The only thing I have done was buying parts on th SM. I have been repaid capital & interests and reallocated the equivalent amount as planned.

All went according to plan here , the only slight glitch was 196 emails announcing repayment
used to occasionally getting a duplicate but this brings it to a new level ...

All the renewal boxes seem to have disappeared now!
Just a line at the top saying:
My Loans - Automatically Renew Funding Investment by Ticking the Auto Renew Tick Box
Hope this is something being worked on, before the next renewal is due.

My account is now resolved. It occurs to me there are probably more parts allocated than the total for the loan so the developers need to cross check that everything now balances.
