May be of limited interest to most investors due to the high investment requirements, but Platform Black has become Sancus Finance, and the old website is now automatically redirecting:
"Platform Black Limited has today announced it will be changing name to Sancus Finance Limited with immediate effect. The move comes as part of a strategic review of operations by Platform Black’s owners, GLI Finance Limited (GLI).
The strategic review, designed to simplify GLI’s structure, included a transfer of its holdings in Platform Black to the newly formed Sancus BMS Group Limited. By bringing together a select number of niche alternative finance businesses, the Sancus BMS Group will specialise in delivering short, medium and long term finance to small-medium enterprises (SME’s) and their owners."

It is the same company: Co number 07485900 (was named Platform Black Ltd from 16 Sept 11 to 16 Jan 17 before changing to Sancus Finance Limited). The confusion probably comes as they did a straight name swap with an existing co (10174912) which was called Sancus Fianance Limited and is now Platform Black Ltd (name changed on 17 Jan 17). Quite bizarre, but probably done to protect the name as the second co looks like it has only ever been a shell.
