If this ends in MT Administration, I would expect that MT will distribute what remains of the funds that were retained for legal costs.

If it ends in administration, MT won't be in a position to do anything, it will be up to the administrators. They will want to take a long time to assess the situation, for which they will earn a large fee, before deciding what to do.

These funds were held specifically to fund the legal costs against this one borrower, therefore if the fight is abandoned then they should be returned to lenders and not used for administration cost or anything else. But this is P2P so may probably be used to fund a house built out of chocolate.
