... their last word is : I understand the new process is less convenient, but the changes were implemented with the security of our user’s information in mind...Surely they have more than one user. Or am I just imagining you all?

Based on feedback we’ve received, the process has been reviewed. In a forthcoming update we will reintroduce the auto-fill function for the email address part of the login page, but not the password. Thanks for update. I don't save passwords for anywhere I have dosh so they've listened and, without the silliness of being forced to not save the email address, that'll be fine for me. Doubt it will satisfy those who have their own ways of keeping pws secure and don't want to nannied though.

Update : I now find that the new Norton Identity Safe add on to Firefox does work with the RS login page. The original/normal version in Chrome et al does not work. I have now completed my correspondence with RS on this subject and their last word is : I understand the new process is less convenient, but the changes were implemented with the security of our user’s information in mind.

Found it, I think
It will NOT remember your eMail if you have the internal setting under RS Account Preferences 'Require Pin on Login' - nothing to do with the Browser.
I have removed and reinstated the 'Pin' and it now remembers.

My trouble is that I operate two accounts (self and wife), which need two separate e-mails from the same PC. However, I find the free Avast Passwords helpful.

Weird. After a year of no posts on this thread and then one two days' ago, Roboform password manager started working as normal yesterday.
