Total interest from Lendy for April is £1,714,029.27
Only £1,515,466.67 will be paid out. (for information, £1,261,804.58 is from 12% loans)
£94,530.72 Accrued interest.
£10,962.83 not paid to investors because their loans were on sale at the end April.
This money will be going to Lendys bonus fund (I don't know what Lendy will actually do with this money, actual value is probably less as I don't know when the loan was put up for sale)
£89,172.54 Accrued default interest.
£3,896.51 Default interest not accrued because their loans were on sale. (More money in Lendys bonus fund, actual value may be less)
These values excludes loans that have been sold which were listed for more than a day (unknown more money for Lendy)
It should be enough to clear the SM including the defaults (£1,500,188.62)

I've been holding quite a decent chunk ready for DFL008 go live and have just started picking up chunks on the SM of loans that have a fairly short run to go but look to have construction mostly completed - with the interest run due, I should now have cash in hand to fund the new loan.
And a handful of other bits that have recently appeared.
Maybe jetlag does have its advantages, if I can pick up useful bits in the middle of the night.

I only picked up on this by accident in a recent thread and duly withdrew all my sales yesterday to make sure i got the interest. I was expecting to see a large rise in SM availability on the excellent availability checker - but only slight rise. I wonder when i can resell them - now (after midnight) or after the interest is distributed? Jack P

Jack P You will be OK to put them up for sale now jackpease we have seen a few time where issues with the amount paid was incorrect but due to very good checking on here lendy did sort it quickly. Not forgetting last month's everything paid at 12% error. Great numbers vmail however I can see a lot of this new money will be finding it's way to Cashier tab!

As usual, my interest will be withdrawn in full and more people than ever will be withdrawing their interest this month.
I fear no more than half of this months interest will be reinvested on this platform. More like taking a chisel to the secondary market than a bulldozer. When it is factored in that other people will take advantage of the date to try and sell,the overall net impact on the SM could be more minimal than we would like to see.

SM overall is about £200k MORE than it was at 5 a.m. today, so looks like more people see the interest payment as an opportunity to sell than to buy!

Just DFL004? It came down from about 340k on the 26th and more or less flatlined 29/30th at about 160k. +250k last 24 hours though, most of that last few hours, and mostly one big chunk, not lots of sellers as such. Still only 3.6% of the loan though. There are bigger percentages of loans on the market, but less value.

In March Lendy paid out £22m to date, April it's £23.5m. (£1.5m difference)
