Hi capucino, We have processed all withdrawals, could you email info@collateraluk.com your details so we can look into it for you? We don't know who you are from your username on this forum so can't update you. Many thanks, Gordon

What is the normal sequence of emails and timing of withdrawals on Collateral? I tried a first-time withdrawal this morning and, whilst the statement entry now says "Received" rather than "Pending", I've had no emails as yet and no sign of the funds.

You should get a 'withdrawal notice' email followed by a 'withdrawal completed' email once they have processed it. The longest I've ever had to wait is a couple of hours, and it's normally in my bank by the time I look on receipt of the second email. Looks like they may have had problems this morning. I did one early morning yesterday, and it arrived in my bank before 10 am. In Edit: assuming you have withdrawal email notifications ticked that is. Must admit I don't usually re-check the transaction log, but I guess it turns to 'Received' when the email goes out.

If you did not get the emails, check the email settings

I had the same issue yesterday when I withdrew my interest. Received the withdrawal completed notice but no money in my account. Put it down to it being a Bank holiday.
Emailed them this morning and they sorted it straight away.

I received an answer, they confirmed an issue with their bank Natwest due to the bank holiday.
All payments will be processed today but may not appear until tomorrow.
Really not good for me, I need the cash today. Oh well.

In fairness to Collateral their response to my e-mail was very rapid. In this case it seems that their bank ( Nazi West or something similar) seem to be very much behind in processing transfers. Glad to see that the standards of service from the high street banks are being maintained.

Can anyone advise the current timing between receiving receiving the "withdrawal completed notice" and actually receiving funds?
Edit: the answer for today is 24 mins!

Can anyone advise the current timing between receiving receiving the "withdrawal completed notice" and actually receiving funds? My last withdrawal was on the 12th. With my bank (Lloyds) the money is there as soon as I log in after receiving the "withdrawal completed notice". Only once has the money been delayed when something went wrong. Steve
