I look at the loans on Ablrate, I couldn't figure out why there are so many loans involved many different companies but the same director.

Presumably because the sourcing of the loans relies on personal relationships. This is good in the sense that Ablrate has a established relationship of trust with the source, rather than someone who has gained the consent of a computer, but bad in that the scope for common mode failure, and the consequence of it, is increased. I am sure this is being worked on and hope there is some independence in the new loans coming. Meanwhile, the charge on good security is particularly important, imo.
