By pure luck, I sold out of my holdings months ago. What do you mean? Which bit of the complicated document is confusing you?

I don’t like non performing loans but if I’m confident about the security I don’t mind. I’m okay with being stuck in this one to the end. At least it’s not a Lendy DFL

At least it’s not a Lendy DFL Update on site One assumes 'shortly' would not be a lot different to approximately 10 days in this instance? I guess I can live with that easily enough.

No interest paid on this since 19th january. Should they not be on a penalty interest rate by now " expectation of catching up on payments" needs to be incentivised!

LW Kind of agree with that ....borrower seems to have options...and I would have thought that if wants to explore those then one he pays his interest and two a margin on top

MoneyThing I don't understand the update. How is the loan to complete on the 14th when refinance isn't expected until the end of the Month

MoneyThing I don't understand the update. How is the loan to complete on the 14th when refinance isn't expected until the end of the Month AIUI the arrears (interest) will be paid on 14/03 but the loan itself is to be repaid after completion refinance (expected at end of the month).

Both Bradford and this one were meant to have updates early last week. Update of 14 March "We will let lenders know as soon as we have a date for completion...".
