I'm brand new to the platform having been referred recently, I wanted to take a look at the available loans before I decided how much to deposit initially, but just get stonewalled asking me to make a deposit and not being able to see anything else. Obviously I am going to have to deposit to invest in a loan, but allowing me to browse beforehand seems the best practice.
Is this the case every time you run out of funds, or just the first time? As it is I have stuck a very small toe in the water with my initial deposit just so I can take a look around. it isn't the most reassuring thing to see as a new investor; sort of like give us some money then we'll show you the goods.

You can only see available loans (normally fill v quickly) or your invested loans. Make a small deposit and try the platform.
Edit - per tomp.

It's a limited platform, you can't reconcile back to cash (deposits + interest paid) as they don't split interest in part loan payments. Have a play and see if you can accept the diversification and security (ie gold derivatives/use of auction prices) over platform limitations.
